Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor (with FLSD certification) in a brand of lifestyle hotel at an iconic location in Downtown NYC. The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One group. Join our team and seize this unique opportunity!
Your responsibilities
The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests. Building a relationship with our guests is one of the key factors to making their stay an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will also include the following:
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs and assist guests as they arrive and depart.
- Provide quality customer services with a smile to all hotel guests.
- Share local concierge knowledge with guests as needed.
- Assume responsibility of the hotel and operations during the night shift
- Take ownership and accountability for the hotel and its guests ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct day-end closing reports postings and nightly closing processes.
- Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments.

- FLSD Certification is required.
