• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 6 years of experience in Information Technology and minimum 4 years of experience in various aspects of Power BI development.
• Must have last worked with Power BI around one year ago.
• Proficient English communication skills.

• Report and Dashboard Development experience in Power BI with experience in data warehousing and visualization projects.

• Power BI development experience:
  • 4 years of experience of development in Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Reporting and Data visualization concepts.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development and dashboard design.
  • Proficiency in DAX Power Query and data modeling concepts.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Good understanding of BI best practices and performance tuning.
  • Good to have experience in Tableau to Power BI migration projects.

• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Working in an agile environment works on new systems development and enhancement/maintenance of existing systems.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX Power Query and best practices.
• Build efficient data models to support business reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy security and compliance with governance standards.
• Optimize Power BI performance for large datasets and complex calculations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide support and training for Power BI adoption across teams.
• Document migration processes and maintain version control for dashboards.
