Job Summary
What youll do...
As the Learning & Development Manager you will support three properties Hyde Mexico City Reforma Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As a key member of our People & Culture department you will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organizations strategic goals and enhance employee performance.
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learning
- Design implement and evaluate training programs workshops and e-learning modules to address skill gaps and improve employee performance
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the organization
- Support with People & Culture functions as needed
- Develop and manage the training budget ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
- Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Ensure compliance of Ennismore ESG initiatives and rollouts
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives
Qualifications :
What were looking for...
- We are seeking a dynamic training professional with a minimum of two years experience in training development or human resources
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs and leadership development initiatives
- Strong communication organization and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Data analysis and reporting abilities to measure and communicate training effectiveness
- Knowledge of talent development best practices and industry trends
- Familiarity with Mexican labor laws regulations and compliance
- Collaborative leadership style with a vision for driving organizational growth through employee development
