Job Summary

What are your contributions to the team
- Adheres to General Work Requirements
- Assists with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs impacts and risks of a change in production
- Assists with drafting the necessary working and repair documents
- Learns to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)
- Assists with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity as well as creating task sequency and capacity analysis
- Assists with analyzing requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)
- Assists Methods Planners with tool designs
- Directs Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs LOGs TWOs Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)
How to thrive in this role
- You typically have 0-2 years of experience in Methods Material Planning or related area
- You have basic knowledge of SAP ACAD Catia V4/V5
- You have basic knowledge of Project Management principles
- You have the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
- You have manufacturing background (preferred)
- You have a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
