Job Summary
We are looking for a Virtual Travel Support professional to assist clients with their travel needs in a fully remote work-from-home this role you will provide guidance manage travel-related requests and help ensure clients feel informed and supported before during and after their trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual support to clients via email phone and messaging platforms
- Assist with travel bookings itinerary updates cancellations and special requests
- Share clear information regarding destinations travel requirements and internal processes
- Track upcoming travel and proactively communicate with clients when necessary
- Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive client experience
Ideal Candidate

Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service travel hospitality or virtual support roles preferred
- Highly organized dependable and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently in a remote virtual environment

Willing and able to learn booking systems and digital tools
