Middle School English & Geography Teacher and Advisor
Fort Worth Country Day is seeking an enthusiastic student-centered educator who loves teaching middle school students and is eager to join a vibrant community. Reporting to the Head of Middle School this dynamic highly qualified and approachable teacher will serve as both a member of the English or History departments and an advisor beginning in August 2026.
Our ideal candidate builds strong relationships with students and designs engaging collaborative lessons that invite learners to construct knowledge together. They also have classroom management skills which emphasize mutual respect and positive reinforcement. We value educators who bring a balanced pedagogical toolkit grounded in research-supported methods while remaining open to exploring new approaches.
