The Managers primary responsibility is to control the sales experience for efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will utilize their Sales and FI management abilities to create a seamless and customer-centric process from start to finish. He/She will also be responsible for supervising and motivating product specialist. Thus training and encouraging strategies to virtually sell more vehicles. Additionally The Manager will oversee the online/showroom buying process and supervisor the F&I responsibilities of the pre-owned department. He/She will be the single point of contact for the Sales and Finance process to promote transparency efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Handle desking rate quotes and completion of paperwork to federal and company standards
- Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process
- Oversee and monitor the performance and manage pre-owned internet leads
- Coach and train sales staff on certified programs and used vehicle-related issues.
- Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and value building of sales processes
- Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing insurance and VSCs
- Coach and train the sales staff maximize appointment ratio from internet leads
- Ensure timely and proper email responses on used vehicle inquiries
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS FI menu CRM and management tools
- Completely understand the pre-owned CPO programs Knowledge of computer systems and related programs and Be acutely informed of all factory incentives and programs
- Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. preferred)
- Understanding of compliance regulation
- Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease retail or cash
