What Youll Do (The Role)
As a Center Associate you are the heart of the store. You arent just shipping boxesyou are a problem solver for our community.
Expert Shipping & Logistics: Help customers find the best way to get their packages where they need to go (No driving/delivery involved).
Professional Print Services: Assist with high-quality printing binding and laminating projects for local small businesses.
Tech & POS: Operate our point-of-sale systems and document processing equipment with precision.
World-Class Service: Deliver the The UPS Store experience to every customer who walks through the door.
Who We Are Looking For
Retail Pros: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a huge plus.
Fast Learners: You take pride in mastering new software and equipment quickly.
Reliable Team Players: You are prompt professional in appearance and ready to help your coworkers.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for your shift.
