A Brief Overview
The Senior Construction Manager is primarily responsible for advocating Stanford Health Cares interests by over-seeing construction executed by a general contractor during all phases of construction. Extensive knowledge of both new construction and renovation practices is required. The Senior Construction Manager oversees multiple projects at once and communicates directly with the management team. The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring completion of construction projects within budget on schedule meeting all program objectives and applicable regulations while providing leadership coordination and support to Project and Construction Managers and construction trades specific to a construction project.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $83.98 - $111.27 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
