This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 5 years of drywall taping and sanding experience. A positive attitude is a must as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Experienced Taper Requirements:

5 years of finished drywall taping and sanding
A positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Interest in growing with the company
Willingness to work overtime
Be a team player
A desire to establish a positive work culture
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

Experienced Taper Compensation: Production pay with pricing per sheet is preferred. Experienced and efficient taper has high earning potential.

Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:

Taping Experience: 2 years
Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid drivers license
