Were looking for a motivated Junior AI Engineer to help design build and deploy AI solutions using machine learning Generative AI and Agentic AI to solve business challenges. Youll work on projects combining enterprise search (e.g. Sinequa) Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents under senior guidance gaining hands-on experience across the AI lifecycle from data prep to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and fine-tuning ML and Generative AI models for enterprise use.
Support integration of Agentic AI and workflow automation into applications.
Contribute to enterprise search and knowledge retrieval projects using tools like Sinequa or Azure Cognitive Search.
Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines combining data with LLMs.
Participate in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure ML Azure OpenAI).
Help implement Responsible AI practices (fairness explainability bias detection).
Support data preprocessing feature engineering and exploratory analysis.
Collaborate on documentation demos and project delivery.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors in CS Data Science AI or related field (or equivalent experience).
12 years experience with AI/ML projects.
Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries (scikit-learn PyTorch TensorFlow Hugging Face).
Basic cloud knowledge (preferably Azure) with a strong desire to learn.
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs prompt engineering embeddings).
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred:

Exposure to enterprise search (Sinequa ElasticSearch Azure Cognitive Search).
Experience with RAG pipelines or vector databases (Pinecone FAISS).
Knowledge of Agentic AI and tool integration.
Familiarity with MLOps CI/CD containerization.
Azure certifications (AZ-900 AI-900 DP-100) a plus.
Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks.
