In this position you would join and lead an experienced and highly motivated team in a range of Building and Construction projects requested by the business and you will have the benefit of seeing your projects come to life. You will also liaise with many different teams across the business on a daily basis and have the opportunity to learn and develop.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Allocation of resources to projects including prioritisation where required in agreement with the Stevenage site leadership team based on impact business and compliance requirements.
Establish and deliver resource planning
Drive team competency and personal development including cascade and monitoring of the training plan and arrangement of external / new training as required
Establish and deliver communication plan to the Facility Management Real Estate team and business stakeholders
Set-up and lead Multi-Functional Project Teams consisting of Health & Safety Security Services Real Estate Space management and external consultants (NEC3 Project Management Quantity surveyors Architect Technical advisors supervisors)
Consideration of operational maintenance and services implications and constraints to plan the site set-up and compound and associated logistics and interfaces with the ongoing site operation (logistics vibration noise dust)
Regular reporting and transparent communication with stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered safely on time within the approved budget and to the satisfaction of the business / project requestors and in compliance with AIRBUS procedures and the relevant regulations (HSE asbestos)
