Job Summary
Warehouse Dock Clerk 2nd Shift
**Location:**Chicago IL 60633
**Pay Rate:**$19.00 per hour
Shift:Monday-Friday 12:30 PM 9:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Dock Clerk to support 2nd shift operations at a busy distribution facility. This role is responsible for managing driver check-in/check-out maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring clear communication between drivers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the traffic window and ensure all truck drivers receive proper documentation during check-in and check-out
Communicate accurately and professionally with drivers and internal warehouse staff
Maintain records and support shipping and receiving documentation processes
Utilize Microsoft Excel Teams and Outlook for daily administrative and communication tasks
Support overall dock operations to ensure timely and efficient freight movement
Requirements
Previous warehouse or trucking traffic window experience preferred
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Teams and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with truck drivers and staff
