Position Overview
Midland Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated personable and results-driven New Car Sales Consultant to join our growing this role you will be the face of our dealership guiding customers through the purchase of award-winning Ford and Lincoln vehicles. You will be responsible for building relationships demonstrating vehicle features and ensuring every customer receives a world-class experience consistent with the Lincoln luxury standard and Fords reputation for reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival listen to their needs and provide expert advice on the best vehicle to suit their lifestyle and budget.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire Ford and Lincoln lineup including trim levels engine performance safety features and technology packages
Vehicle Demonstration: Conduct professional walk-arounds and accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities and features.
Sales Process: Guide customers through the purchase process with transparency and integrity from initial consultation to price negotiation and financing paperwork.
- Vehicle Delivery: Ensure a seamless delivery process by ensuring the vehicle is detailed gas tank is full and the customer is comfortable with all technology and features before driving off the lot.
