DescriptionThe Director of Product Marketing Distributed Cloud drives the marketing strategy and execution that define how Oracles distributed cloud solutions are understood and adopted this role you will translate product innovation into clear differentiated value propositions and content that empower our field teams and resonate with customers. As an experienced product marketing leader you will deliver high-impact product launches influential positioning and actionable field materials. You will shape product launches and positioning so that customers and field teams understand the practical benefits and differentiators of our AI offerings.
You will shape clear focused messaging and content based on customer needs and sales this role you will lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives to support the successful launch positioning and adoption of key products and solutions. You will translate technical features into practical business value for both executive and hands-on audiences gathering insights from field teams and customers to develop effective sales enablement tools content and training. You will build efficient feedback channels between the field product and marketing teams to continually refine messaging and strategy and provide the global field organization with targeted content and comprehensive enablement training. By fostering collaboration across sales field marketing regional teams and product you will help advance OCIs positioning in a rapidly evolving cloud landscape.
This team is targeting candidates in the U.S. who can work ONSITE in Nashville-TN (priority location) or Seattle-WA (secondary). Relocation Assistance provided. (This is not a remote position).
ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing product management or go-to-market leadership roles within the technology industry.
- Advanced technical understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and regulatory compliance with a proven ability to translate complex solutions into compelling business outcomes.
- Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally (sales field product GTM and marketing).
- Experience building and executing marketing programs leveraging customer insights to guide messaging enablement and sales activation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams driving strategy and execution for global product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Outstanding written verbal and presentation skills with experience communicating to C-level and technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; thrives in fast-paced ambiguous and matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through strategic marketing leadership and messaging experience.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
