Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily quality control testing to ensure aggregate products meet specifications.
- Partner with operations teams to adjust production processes based on QC data.
- Maintain accurate records reports and documentation for compliance and audits.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices in QC procedures.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards testing methods and safety practices.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong understanding of aggregate quality standards testing methods and specifications.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support production and quality goals.
- Demonstrated capability to lead collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
- Commitment to safety compliance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with QC tools technology and documentation processes.
Work Environment
- Operates in a quarry environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Role includes walking on uneven ground climbing and working near heavy equipment.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas.
