Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Certified Medication Technician at Santa Maria Hostel will assist in administering medication to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare provider
- Maintain accurate records of medication dosages and times
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding residents medication needs
Requirements:
- Certified Medication Technician license or Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
