The FM Supervisor oversees daily facilities operations including maintenance cleaning and utilities services. The role ensures preventive maintenance is implemented work orders are tracked through the CAFM system and teams are managed efficiently to maintain smooth building operations.

Job Specifications

0 - 3 years of previous work experience with a facilities management company.

University Degree / Bachelors Degree in Engineering

General knowledge of all mechanical electrical civil and architectural systems.

Good experience managing light utility and building cleaning operations.

Must have effective workforce management skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office scheduling and planning.

Working knowledge of building management systems.

Effective communication and computer skills.
