Job Summary
Join Our Team as a Service Business Development Coordinator!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people staying organized and being part of a supportive dealership team that values growth and success.
What Youll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and help schedule service and sales appointments
- Respond promptly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product and service information and connect them with the right dealership resources
- Present basic financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that arent ready to book or that missed their appointment
- Build positive relationships with teammates sales staff and dealership leadership
- Participate in team meetings and process-improvement sessions
- Track all customer interactions daily using our CRM system
What Were Looking For
- At least one year of customer service experience
- A true team player with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Friendly prompt and professional communication style
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers and multiple software systems
- Valid drivers license
