Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution.
- One (1) year of project and associated budget management experience.
- Valid Florida drivers license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- Three (3) years of project and associated budget management experience.
- Experience managing business/department functions and staff.
Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills; organizational and management skills.
- Knowledge of pertinent regulations policies and procedures for the functional area of assignment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA Public Records Sunshine Law FERPA and other laws/regulations related to student and employee privacy public information and records retention.
- Knowledge of and experience with industry-standard equipment materials practices computers and applications.
- Ability to assist and coordinate personnel in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
- Ability to professionally and effectively respond to customer needs and requests for service or assistance.

- Determine and implement procedures for project activities accomplishments staffing requirements and allocation of resources.
- Confer with appropriate personnel to outline project plans with appropriate resources and scope of authority.
- Develop detailed plans for assigned projects to include critical milestones and measurements.
- Prepare project progress reports.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects.
- Verify that work assigned is completed to specifications.
- Oversee incoming shipping activities to ensure accuracy completeness and condition of shipment.
- Maintain a complete and systematic set of records of all financial transactions.
- Follow District policies and procedures on financial transactions and procedure compliance and accountability.
- Coordinate business and operational agreements used in schools and departments.
- Coordinate purchasing and receiving activities.
- Inspect methods and processes; take corrective action as required.
- Serve as a single point of contact for specific projects.
