Job Summary
The Amazon LEO team is looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager-Technical (PMT or PMT-ES) who are high performing motivated and believe in our mission to close the digital divide. Key job responsibilities
This Principal PMT role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end experience for Small and Medium businesses globally across mobile and web platforms. This involves cross functional close partnership not only with the Business and GTM teams including regional leads but also industry SMEs UX and Design teams Engineering leaders and stakeholders and fellow PMTs whose areas impact the customer experience. The role will be highly visible to Senior Leadership and is scoped to potentially achieve the next level for the right candidate. What we are looking for:
Seasoned Amazonian well versed and excelling at working backwards and structured thinking.
Experience with AWS Services and concepts is a must. Customer Obsessed.
Experience working directly with customers and cross functional teams across Engineering Business Design GTM Marketing.
Solid communicator able to expertly craft the product vision and present to senior leadership to elicit their buy in and support.
Core Product Skills Lead the product roadmap create cogent business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables.
Strong business judgment ability to dive deep into data and KPIs and collaborate with business teams on big opportunities.
Strong Technically able to collaborate closely with engineering partners on technology choices and contribute to/lead technical approach and strategy discussions.
Gen-AI experience and interest is a big plus.
Export Control Requirements: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
About the team
You will be joining a team that is focused on driving the product requirements and enterprise service delivery mechanisms for all of the customer facing hardware software and solutions for Amazon LEO.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
