A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Drive the execution of the local Affera marketing and activation plan for Germany in close partnership with sales clinical and training teams
• Drive market adoption through customer programs peer-to-peer initiatives workshops and targeted field activation
• Translate customer needs and market insights into impactful marketing initiatives that support platform growth
• Support the sales organization with positioning customer segmentation competitive insights and value messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key electrophysiology centers and opinion leaders in Germany
• Coordinate local product launches campaigns and field enablement programs in alignment with regional and global marketing

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Engineering Life Sciences or Business
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing ideally in medical device and rhythm management
• Proven self-starter with strong project execution and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong communicator able to build relationships across cultures functions and seniority levels
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand clinical and technical topics and turn data into insights
• Fluent in German and English
• Willing to travel 3050%

Experience in electrophysiology cardiac rhythm management medical devices or capital equipment markets is a strong advantage as well as prior exposure to product launches or hospital-level commercial environments.
