Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor engineers and support their technical and professional growth.

• Ensure adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD DevOps automated testing).
• Remove technical blockers to keep the team moving efficiently.

Delivery & Execution

• Ensure the team delivers highquality software reliably and on time.
• Support continuous deployment while allowing product to control release timing.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks early.
• Improve developer productivity through better tools processes and workflows.

Innovation & Experimentation

• Promote rapid prototyping and technical validation before full implementation.
• Collaborate with design to test and validate solutions.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Architecture & System Design

• Designs cloudnative distributed systems (microservices DDD eventdriven).
• Applies resiliency scalability and observability patterns.
• Strong in APIfirst design integration patterns and data storage choices.

Backend Engineering

• Proficient in Java/Kotlin/Go and modern backend frameworks.
• Builds REST APIs (OpenAPI) and eventdriven services (Kafka RabbitMQ NATS).
• Skilled in database modeling (SQL & NoSQL) and caching strategies.
• Experienced in profiling debugging and performance optimization.

Security & Quality

• Applies OWASP secure coding and threatmitigation practices.
• Implements OAuth2 JWT OpenID Connect and SSO.
• Strong in TDD automated testing code reviews and static analysis.

Cloud DevOps & Automation

• Handson with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud networking IAM and cost optimization.
• Strong with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experienced with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus ELK/EFK OpenTelemetry).
