Sitel has four sites in Metro Manila with its headquarters spread across two buildings in OJV and Technopoint. Located in 1 Doña Julia Vargas Pasig City.
Just a few minutes away is our Sitel Eton Cyberpod - which holds the highest number of associates - approximately 5000. Completes the Metro Manila sites is Sitel Pioneer located in Mandaluyong City.
Sitel is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values.
Well also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone online chat or email.
Customers will rely on you to answer their questions address their concerns and help them with a particular product or service.
