Just a few minutes away is our Sitel Eton Cyberpod - which holds the highest number of associates - approximately 5000. Completes the Metro Manila sites is Sitel Pioneer located in Mandaluyong City.

Primary Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative you will interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our clients products and services over the phone.

Job Summary

Sitel is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values.

Well also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone online chat or email.

Customers will rely on you to answer their questions address their concerns and help them with a particular product or service.
