Personal Lines Associate Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will provide support to Client Managers and Client Advisors by following established workflows and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $45000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Associate Client Representative your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC
- Processing renewals endorsements acknowledgments cancellations and proofs of insurance
- Attaching organizing and naming documents in EPIC
- Initiating endorsements proofs of insurance and invoices
- Utilizing templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
- Creating activities in EPIC and assigning them to applicable team members
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Pulling items such as MVR CLUES Risk Meters RCE etc.
- Generating and sending renewal proofs upon request
- Checking policies and endorsements against requests and completing checklists
- Document maintenance and retrieval
- Supporting other team members as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: State Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.); familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to meeting the expectations of co-workers and clients
- Eagerness to learn and improve knowledge of industry standards coverage fundamentals and technology
