Job Summary
Fraser Alexander LATAM is looking for anI&T Operations Coordinatorto ensure the stability availability and optimization of our I&T infrastructure (servers networks storage and end-user devices). This role acts as a bridge between the central I&T department and regional teams ensuring consistent governance and operationally tailored services.
Your mission
Monitor performance conduct audits and troubleshoot technical issues providing local support for hardware software and networking issues to ensure optimal configuration and maintenance of systems.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management & Support
- Ensure the stability and optimization of I&T infrastructure including servers networks and storage.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery plans and perform regular testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide local support for hardware and software.
System Maintenance & Upgrades
- Monitor and maintain digital systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform regular updates and upgrades to digital tools keeping them current with security patches.
- Support ERP implementation and act as its functional administrator.
Security Compliance & Project Management
- Implement and enforce I&T processes and policies to ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project progress control budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the successful implementation of I&T projects.
Requirements
- Education:Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience:At least 5 years of experience in I&T operations including deploying and maintaining network environments.
- ERP Knowledge:Experience in implementing and maintaining ERP systems is required.
- Languages:Fluent in English and Spanish; intermediate-advanced Brazilian Portuguese is desirable.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Windows environments and Power BI.
- Soft Skills:Strong problem analysis root cause resolution and the ability to communicate technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mobility:Monthly travel to sites or regions where Fraser Alexander operates is required.
- Certifications:ITIL certification is considered a plus.
