What you will be working on
- Managing wage and hour and class action matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting pleadings motions and discovery
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing in court and attending mediations
- Interviewing clients and class members
- Supervising and collaborating with legal support staff
