What youll be doing
As a Training Delivery Instructor youll deliver Communications Systems training to Royal Navy students on Phase 2 and Phase 3 Weapons Engineering courses.
Youll:
- Deliver engaging highquality Communications training across the Weapons Engineering Department
- Support learners in classroom simulated and synthetic training environments
- Use performance insight and learner feedback to continuously improve training delivery
- Work closely with Training Delivery and Learning & Development teams to support personalised learning
- Maintain consistent quality and standards across all Communications training
- Contribute to the introduction of new and modernised training as Selborne continues to evolve
What were looking for:
Essential
- Practical experience of Royal Navy or equivalent communications systems
Desirable
- Previous experience in training coaching mentoring or instruction
- A Level 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to complete one well support you)
- If youre technically strong and motivated to develop others well help you grow into the instructor role.
