As a member oftheAscendis Pharmateam you will play a crucial role inensuring scalable and secure solutions and aligning with architectural standards and setting the strategic will work closely with internal product teams product owners and external operation partners to deliver high-quality platforms and services

Youwill be joining theInfrastructure & SmartOffice team and report directly to Jakob Monajemzadeh Thrane People Leader in Global ITbasedin Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Contribute to daytoday engineering and operational activities while shaping longterm architectural direction.

Act as subject matter expert (SME) across Microsoft hybrid infrastructure platform virtualization storage and network.
Lead and participate in deployment configuration operations and troubleshooting of infrastructure solutions across onpremises and cloud platforms.
Provide guidance and support for complex incident resolution root cause analysis and performance optimization.
Drive technical assessments proofs of concept (PoCs) modernization initiatives and platform upgrade strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree preferable a masters degreewith 5 years of experience in a similar role preferablyfrom a regulated industry.

Experience from a fastgrowing organization andexperiencewith agile or productoriented methodologies will be considered an advantage.

Furthermoreyou have:

Strong understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere Hyper V).

Solid experience with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) data protection and DR solutions.

Strong foundationin networking: TCP/IP routing VLANs firewalls load balancing.

Deep experience in Microsoft infrastructure platforms (AD DS Windows Server Azure AD).
Handson experience designing deploying operating and optimizing hybrid cloud environments (onpremises Azure).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code for automated and consistent deployment of infrastructure is a plus.
