Job Summary

Qualifications:

Hold a Black Seal License (Low Pressure).
Commercial air conditioning experience required refrigeration license (Blue Seal) preferred.
Have a High School diploma or equivalent training experience.
Have supervisory ability
Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in plant operation and maintenance; cleaning methods and procedures; repairs; security; heating and ventilation
Have demonstrated knowledge of fire/safety laws
Hold and maintain a valid drivers license with no serious violations
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students staff administration parents and the community.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing using proper grammar and vocabulary
