What You Will Do

As a 3D Computer Graphics Intern in the Clinical Applications and Solutions team at Stryker you will play a key role in developingcutting-edge3Drenderingmethods for improving the visualization of intra-operative procedural data for Strykers robotics and navigation explorethe use of advanced rendering and shading methods to improve the look and feel and performance ofour3D addition you will collaborate with softwareand testengineers to integrate your improvements into Strykers Mako surgical robotic is a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission while developing your skills in a hybrid collaborative setting.

Majors Targeted: Computer Engineering Computer Science Software Engineering

What You Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Deep familiarity with 3D rendering pipelines and algorithms. Medical visualization experience desired.
• Strong experience with C/COpenGLand/or Vulkan and GLSL. Experience with Qt GitWindowsor Linux development desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
