- State of Michigan Master Electrician
- Electrical construction estimating experience
- Leadership experience
- Experience in project scheduling and manpower allocation
- Ability to expertly set up and run multiple crews and jobs
- Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SENIOR ELECTRICAL FOREMAN - ESTIMATOR
This is a full-time electrician position Monday through Friday 8 AM5 PM with occasional offhours work as needed.
In this role youll oversee crews guide foremen evaluate work quality and keep projects on track. Youll manage scheduling forecasting training and meeting coordination to ensure seamless operations. Youll also handle full-cycle estimating order materials and partner with foremen to keep every job supplied and moving forward. Throughout the day youll serve as the expert problem-solver the calm in the storm and the professional clients trust when they have questions or concerns.
