Key Responsibilities:

Rotate across a variety of operational and guestfacing functions including:
- Monitoring real-time operations identifying inefficiencies and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall ballpark experience.
- Tracking social media platforms to identify emerging trends and engagement opportunities.
- Elevating guest experiences through creative and proactive hospitality opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Passion for sports fan experience and operational efficiency.
Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company.
Availability to work Atlanta Braves home games including nights weekends and holidays.
