About this position:

LMCU is looking for a Server Administrator who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our server infrastructure ensuring high performance availability and security. As part of our dynamic team you will play a crucial role in implementing server solutions participating in projects and providing input into server architecture and technology adoption.

What youll do:

Implement and optimize server infrastructure solutions to meet business needs and scalability requirements.
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to execute server-related projects ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
Manage and support server environments including virtualization platforms cloud services containerization technologies and Microsoft 365 environments.
Implement server security policies procedures and best practices to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular performance monitoring capacity planning and optimization of server resources.
Maintain backup and recovery management life cycle management security compliance InfoSec support and software and hardware upgrades.
Maintain Active Directory and Entra ID administration implementing advanced group policies and identity management solutions.
Participate in incident response and resolution for server-related issues including root cause analysis and preventative actions.
Document server configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

What Youll Bring: Youll like this position if you have...

3-5 years of progressive experience in server administration with demonstrated expertise in managing complex server environments.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in administering server solutions using technologies such as VMware Hyper-V AWS or Azure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft server technologies including Windows Server Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of network protocols security principles and server performance optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve server issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to motivate or influence senior level personnel and obtain cooperation through professional presentations and written communication.
