Core Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors as they arrive provide general information and connect them with appropriate staff member for further assistance.
- Manage a multi-line phone system answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional friendly and helpful manner.
- Clerical duties such as scanning and filing as needed.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively.
- Cooperative helpful and connects with others seamlessly.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email Microsoft Office etc.) preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Hours and Work Environment:
This role offers an average of 1520 hours per week. Shifts may vary Monday through Saturday; however scheduled hours will consistently be from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Work schedules are provided one month in advance and the dealership is closed on Sundays.
