Job Summary
Position Title: Procurement Specialist APAC
Location: Singapore
Your role
This junior role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in procurement processes and a passion for supporting business operations. The Procurement Specialist will assist in day-to-day procurement activities including purchase order (PO) issuance supplier onboarding tender coordination and general administrative support.
What youll do
Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records
Assist in tender preparation coordination and documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements
Track and follow up on order deliveries and resolve basic supply issues
Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements
Support data entry and reporting for procurement metrics and KPIs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
What youll need
Bachelors degree/diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain
Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g. Yardi SAP Oracle) is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
