Senior ServiceNow SAM Pro Platform Architect
Focus: Technical ownership of the ServiceNow SAM Pro ecosystem and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain SAM Pro environment health including upgrades patching and Service Graph Connector management.
Configure and optimize SaaS Integration Profiles across Salesforce M365 and Adobe.
Manage the ServiceNow Content Library and custom normalization patterns.
Automate Leaver workflows and Reclamation Candidate flows via Flow Designer.
Lead and deliver ServiceNow SAM Pro integrations with SaaS publishers such as Microsoft 365 Adobe Salesforce Oracle and AWS using both out of the box connectors and custom APIs.
Design build and maintain custom integration frameworks to support non standard or new SaaS vendors.
Work closely with procurement IT asset management and vendor management teams to bring in procurement and entitlement data from ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and SAP.
Configure and improve normalization rules reconciliation jobs and license metric mappings within SAM Pro.
Perform data analysis and system health checks to validate license positions and support compliance with publisher audit requirements.
Define integration needs prepare technical design documents and support the full delivery lifecycle including UAT and production deployment.
Support continuous operationalization of the SAM Pro module through automation and standardized processes.
Lead ServiceNow SAM Pro projects end to end from planning through implementation and go live.
Skill Requirements
7 Years Service now platform architect with ITOM and SAMPRO
ITOM / SAMPRO Certified
Experience with Platform upgrades data models architectural changes and others
