Who are we looking for

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction As a Reservations Agent at our luxury resort you will be the voice of hospitalityhelping guests plan their perfect stay responding to inquiries with warmth and professionalism and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment have excellent communication skills and love turning inquiries into unforgettable stays we would love to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Handling reservation requests via phone email and online platforms with professionalism and genuine warmth.
  • Providing detailed information on room types rates packages and resort services to help guests make informed decisions.
  • Accurately confirming modifying and canceling reservations in the system ensuring all details are correct.
  • Responding promptly to guest inquiries and special requests offering personalized solutions whenever possible.
  • Coordinating with other departments (Front Office Sales Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitoring room availability and optimizing occupancy through effective reservation management.
  • Maintaining accurate reservation records and payment details in compliance with company standards.
  • Identifying upselling opportunities for room upgrades packages and additional services that enhance the guest experience.
  • Resolving reservation-related issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Staying informed about resort promotions seasonal offers and local attractions to proactively assist guests.
What we are looking for in you
  • A natural communicator who makes guests feel valued and understood from the very first interaction.
  • Ideally previous hands-on experience in hospitality reservations or customer service.
  • A team-oriented mindset thriving in a collaborative environment where everyone works toward a shared goal.
  • A genuine passion for delivering personalized and heartfelt service that builds trust in every conversation.
  • Confident communication skills in both Spanish and English; German is a strong plus.
  • A valid work permit for Spain.
