Job Summary
Waters Edge Lodge is currently seeing Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) for the AM shift!
Pay Rate- $20 per hour
AM shift is 6:00am-12noon
The primary functions of aPCA are:
- Help residents with personal hygiene dressing bathing and other daily living tasks
- Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
- Monitor resident activity and functional status
- Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort
We are looking for part time employees:
- On-call/PRN may also be available
Minimum qualifications are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
- Ability to life 150 pounds
Employment requirements include:
- Current COVID-19 vaccination
- Physical
- TB test
- Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
