Were looking for a dynamic Sr Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role.
As an Individual Contributor youll report directly to the VP of Sales and play a key role in driving revenue from both brands and agencies. You wont be managing a team but you will be at the forefront of growing our presence across key verticals.
Were looking for someone who brings strong existing relationships with agencies and direct brands a proven ability to grow accounts and a hunger for uncovering new opportunities. A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape is essential and experience in categories like Automotive CPG QSR Retail and Travel is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue strategy with a focus on high-impact accounts
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new business
  • Cultivate deep relationships with clients and agencies through exceptional service and campaign results
  • Commitment to Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Strong network of agency and client-direct relationships across the EastCoast
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business
  • Expertise in digital media including programmatic location-based data and analytics
  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • A collaborative entrepreneurial spirit aligned with Blis inclusive culture and sustainability initiatives

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $199700 - $360200 inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $99850 - $180100

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this rolebased on hiring location T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
