Job Summary:
In the Lean & Supply Chain Department the Lean 6 Sigma Black belt leads manages and supports projects related to Supply Chain process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals. Lead project teams to deliver complex business integration implementation projects and continuous improvement/lean efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Apply program and project management principles to manage scope timeline resources and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
- Independently lead process improvement projects across the (3) Campus facilities coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Employing Six Sigma methodology & Lean initiatives to identify improvement opportunities implement and control process improvements to meet business goals and objectives.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of Operational efficiencyManufacturing Engineering Quality Supply Chain and others includingsupporting systems and tools.
- Identify lead manage and control OIA Projects to drive cost savings throughout the Campus.
- Develop detailed business cases communicate and present monthly to senior leadership and stakeholders on the opportunities recommendations and implementation plan.
- In addition to technical skills the 6 Sigma Black Belt needs to demonstrate strong team leadership competencies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related to the field
- Knowledge in Six Sigma Black Belt projects or Project Management
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
- English Advanced
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Research important causes that have an impact on quality and customer satisfaction with the use of statistical tools.
- Resolves routine problems in a cost-effective manner.
- Reports deviances from process improvements.

- Location: Reynosa Tamaulipas Facility.
- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
