Enginyer/a de taller amb enfoc en digitalització i millora contínua

Formació (REQUISIT IMPRESCINDIBLE)

Grau en Enginyeria Mecànica Enginyeria Industrial Enginyeria en Organització Industrial o similar.
Base sòlida en processos productius

Es valorarà molt positivament

Coneixements o experiència en digitalització de processos productius:
- Gestió documental i de base de dades
- Dashboards (Excel avançat Power BI Power Apps Sharepoint o similars)
Experiència en millora contínua i Lean Manufacturing:
- 5S
- Millora de layouts
- Estandardització de processos
Experiència prèvia en planta o taller encara que sigui en pràctiques o primers anys.
Capacitat dunir taller dades millora.

Soft skills clau

Mentalitat de millora contínua i orientació a resoldre problemes reals.
Perfil organitzat estructurat i autònom.
Bona comunicació i capacitat de traduir problemes operatius en accions concretes.
Tadaptes amb agilitat a canvis de prioritats disseny i planificació.

Què faràs en el teu dia a dia

Treballaràs colze a colze amb lequip de taller per entendre els processos productius i fer-los més eficients.
Transformaràs dades i informació de planta en eines digitals útils (dashboards registres seguiment dindicadors).
Impulsaràs iniciatives de millora contínua i Lean Manufacturing (5S estandardització millora de layouts).
Digitalitzaràs processos per aportar ordre visibilitat i suport a la presa de decisions.
Lideraràs projectes de gestió documental i control de revisions
