Lead the manufacturing system for an assigned production cell and part family to deliver safe highquality and ontime results. Build and maintain standard work visual management control plans and skills coverage so the team performs consistently to plan. Guide daily execution and problem solving align labor and materials to the schedule and implement corrective actions that protect KPI performance in safety quality delivery inventory and productivity. Coach the team sustain improvements through audits and escalate constraints through the Tier structure to ensure reliable repeatable outcomes.
