Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Reports to: Director Corporate Sales
Division: Corporate Sales; based out of Long Island City Queens
The Client Services Coordinator will work collaboratively with a Regional Sales Manager other members of the Corporate Sales team and cross-functionally with supporting internal teams to provide best in class customer service and support new and existing Corporate Sales clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations:
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders quotes or returns via SAP Business One
- Work with vendors to submit Purchase Orders track shipments and coordinate any needs direct from vendor on behalf of the client
- Manage the lifecycle of each order to ensure timely delivery coordinate timelines directly with client and expedite as needed
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales fulfillment department to ensure all product is received quality controlled serviced and shipped based on clients needs
- Fill requests for catalogs information or samples
- Setup and maintain customer files and product listings and programs in all system platforms
- Maintain and audit all Replink product listings
- Support the Director of Corporate Sales and Client Services team in ad hoc projects as needed
Customer Service:
- Support high volume Regional Sales Managers ensure all clients needs are met and sales targets are reached
- Actively support accounts directly via phone and email
- Determine customer needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
- Proactively recommend alternate products based on cost availability or specifications ensuring client satisfaction and improving transaction profitability
- Assist and collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on any client presentations or operational tasks
- Product Knowledge expert: educate customers about terminology features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience retail experience preferred;
- Communicate at all times in a clear and concise way both verbally and in writing to customers and cross-functional stakeholder.
- Manage time efficiently and work effectively with other members of the Corporate Sales team
- Willing to be hands-on and work with the entire team to fulfill operational and organizational needs.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required
- Prior watch or fine jewelry experience is preferred but not required
SALARY RANGE: $60000 - $65000/yearcommensurate upon experience.
