DescriptionThis position is responsible for producing engaging high-quality communications for alumni donors and friend groups that support the mission and fundraising goals of GMC. The role focuses on graphic design visual storytelling and video production through the creation of print and digital publications and marketing materials including brochures reports posters and social media content.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and produce print and digital publications including brochures annual reports/magazine newsletters event materials and campaign collateral that support fundraising and engagement goals.
- Create engaging digital graphics for social media email campaigns websites and online promotion to enhance donor and alumni engagement.
- Support donor stewardship and alumni communications through visual storytelling and creative design solutions that enhance written content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery quality control and coordination with printers or digital vendors as needed.
- Create video content including social media reels alumni stories and event highlights that engage alumni donors and friends.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree with study in Graphic Design Publication Design Communications or related fields
- 1 years in the graphic design industry creating and designing from concept to finished product marketing materials print collateral books and magazines branding.
- Proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign). Videography experience (Premiere and/or CapCut).
- Strong writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with study in Graphic Design Publication Design Communications or related field
- 3 years experience in creating visuals and packaging for higher education
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript and photography experience
