Danish Speaking Travel Consultant/Hybrid or On-site
Location: Estonia (Hybrid / On-site)
About the Role
As a Travel Consultant (Customer Support Specialist) you will provide excellent customer service to travelers via phone and email supporting them with flight and rail bookings rebookings cancellations hotel reservations and general travel-related inquiries. Your goal is to ensure every customers journey runs smoothly by finding the best solution for their individual needs.
Language Requirements
- Danish: C1/C2 or Fluent
- English: B2 (written & verbal)
Working Schedule
- Monday Friday: 09:00 20:00 / Saturday Sunday: 10:00 19:00
- Shift base 5 days in one week shifts of 8.5 hours Monday to Sunday
- 365 days a year
- Bank holidays paid double
Work Model
- Hybrid or On-site (office located in city center)
- Full-time or Part-time available
- Minimum 50% (20 hours/week)
- Training period is full-time only
- After training flexibility to work 50100%
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: 1900 / month
- Bonus: up to 250 / month
- For part-tme %50 applied
