Role Overview
We are seeking a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team on-site in Estonia.
In this role you will assist customers with travel-related services ensuring smooth booking experiences and professional support from inquiry to resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage travel-related inquiries via phone email and chat

Support customers with bookings modifications and cancellations

Provide clear accurate and professional communication

Document all interactions in internal systems

Follow established procedures and quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
Requirements

Native or C1/C2 level Danish (written and spoken)

B2 level English

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a structured office environment

Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

Willingness to relocate independently if applying from abroad
