As a Customer Service Representative youll be the voice of the company for Croatian-speaking customers delivering professional friendly and efficient support.
Based on-site in Sofia youll join a multicultural team where collaboration learning and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
This role is also open to candidates relocating from abroad making it a great opportunity to start a new professional chapter in Bulgaria.
Support customers via phone email or chat in Croatian and English.
Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow company procedures and quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
Work closely with your team to achieve service-level targets.
Native-level Croatian (mandatory).
English B2 level written and spoken.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends.
Relocators are welcome and will be considered.
