Job Description The Assistant Director for Residence Life reports directly to the Associate Director for Residence Life with a primary focus on facilitating an engaging residential experience that is highly relational fosters curiosity and learning; centers well-being and supports students successfully finding their way. |
Required Qualifications An advanced degree in Student Affairs Education related field or a Bachelors degree with experience working in college or university housing training and experience in related field equating to an advanced degree. |
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience planning implementing and assessing large-scale processes. |
Employment Conditions:Live-in position that includes a furnished on-campus residence including utilities and a partial meal plan. This position serves on the administrator on-call duty rotation which serves as a crisis response and reporting function for the entire campus. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
